About the job:

We are looking for qualified virtual arts and crafts instructors who can lead groups of 3-50+ guests via Zoom, Google Meets, Webex and other virtual conference platforms. Coastal Design Workshops partners with companies who collaborate with the biggest names in corporate America and other companies around the globe to provide fun, engaging and creative team-building activities. Our workshops are designed to be beginner-friendly activities and are all 1-hour long experiences. Hosts are expected to lead a step-by-step arts and crafts workshop to attendees and ensure a comfortable and informative customer experience.

Requirements:

Must have access to reliable WiFi, a computer or laptop with a webcam and a smartphone capable of connectivity to virtual conferences. Experience with any art or craft a plus. Teaching experience a plus. Full availability a plus.

Anywhere in the US or Canada

Availability:

Almost all of our workshops are held Monday-Friday anywhere from 9am-7pm ET. We experience a high volume of workshops from October through January. The sooner you can start the better! We have multiple teachers and offer the available workshop to all - classes are selected by teachers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Pay:

$100 per class. Paid training.

Perks:

You will receive complimentary workshop kits needed to train and conduct these workshops from home. You will also receive a webcam if necessary, as well as a phone/camera mount and proper lighting.
